Food that help students for mental health

     To boost your mental health, focus on eating plenty of fruits and vegetables along with foods rich in omega-fatty acids. 

      Such as salmon, Dark green leafy vegetables in particular are brain protective. 
Nuts, seeds and legumes, such as beans and lentils, are also excellent brain foods.

As you can tell, I indeed, love nuts, and so do i love your post. I think that i dare to say salmon is the most suitable food, despite my love for the nuts, i really love nuts. nuts are incredibly healthy and delicious. however, fish is even better. we usually do relate fish with its horrendous looking face, but its about time we stop this outrageous behaviour, fish is the future and it is obvious, all thanks to your post, well done.
